I am developing multiplexed CRISPR-based diagnostics for the rapid detection of disease biomarkers and antimicrobial resistance. My research combines CRISPR-Cas molecular assays with electrochemical biosensors to enable sensitive and multiplexed detection of clinically relevant targets. My goal is to develop a compact diagnostic platform that can support rapid pathogen identification and antimicrobial resistance profiling at the point of care.
